He put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger
And finally drank away her memory
Life is short but this time it was bigger
Than the strength he had to get up off his knees
We found him with his face down in the pillow
With a note that said I'll love her till I die
And when we buried him beneath the willow
The angels sang a whiskey lullaby

I never thought a country song of all things would be able to depict how i feel. FML

  1. There is nothing wrong with country. Regardless of the twang that you hate, country music provides the music world with some of the most beautiful lyrics out there. It speaks to more people than you would ever think. Stop hating.

Look, I don't hate you. I never would. Regardless of anything. I love you. But what happened was not my fault. This is what you told me you wanted. It hurt me beyond measure. Then to just simply take it back like it was nothing is unfair.

Pull yourself together Michael. You don't need me for strength. God can provide. Allow Him to.
